Max Galindo

      Hi my name is Max and I'm the owner of Inklightend tattoo & piercing. I was born in Uruguay and came to the united states when i was 7 yrs old . I have been tattooing and piercing since the year 2000. As a kid  I took interest in the arts, and made it my career. Now I enjoy many styles of tattooing, but among my favorites is water color tattoos. Come by for a consultation , and get a piece that will last a lifetime.

  I’ve been drawing ever since I was a child and I had a passion for drawing on paper but in 2004 that changed. I never planned on becoming a tattoo artist it just kind of happened. I was attending trade school to become an electrician and that’s where a met the person that would change my life forever. He was this skinny guy that was in my class we called “virus” because he had the word tattooed on his neck. We were sitting in class one day and I decided to ask him how he got his tattoos done and he told a friend of his did them for him. I was very curious about the whole process so I asked how his friend did it and he told me that he used a machine that he made at home and for some I reason my response was “could you get me one?” I gave him a few dollars and he brought the machine to school the next day and as they say the rest was history.I am very passionate about my craft; I would go as far as to say I’m a slave to it. So when you get tattooed by me please know that you’re in good hands and it’s not just about the money I really enjoy what I do.

Leah / Body Piercer

Hi, my name is Leah but I also go by Lee! When I was about sixteen years old I wanted my belly pierced but my mother wouldn't allow it until I turned eighteen, but I did not want to wait. That same night I ordered a starter piercing kit on Amazon and decided to pierce my own belly a few days later. I promoted online the piercing I did and soon I began getting requests from my friends to do their piercings. I had the extra supplies that I didn't want to waste, so it seemed like a win-win for the both of us. After doing a couple piercings, I realized how much I love doing piercings and not just getting them. I then started a piercing business page on Instagram and begun piercing out of my home and college dorm. After about two years, I decided it was time to legitimize myself and grow my experience more by working in a tattoo / piercing shop. When getting pierced by me, know that I strive to make every client feel comfortable and extremely satisfied!

Roxi / Body Piercer

My name is Roxi, I'm 47 years old. Before i became a piercer I was in the health care business as an LPN for 23yrs. I travel to New Jersey in summer time to do volunteer piercing at inklightened studio in cranford NJ. I truly enjoy the art of piercing.

Schedule: March, April ( mon-fri  11am- 8pm )

Christian Duarte / International Tattoo Artist

My name is Cristian Duarte, I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have been dedicated to professional tattooing since 2005, which is my passion, I specialize in oriental tattooing. I have worked in different studios internationally and nationally, I participated in conventions winning different awards, among them best back, best oriental and best of the convention, etc. I really like making custom pieces where I can collaborate and create a unique idea for each of them with my clients.

Andrea/ pmu technician

Hi my name is Andrea Londono and I am Inklightened's permanent makeup specialist.I have 15 yrs. experience in the field and i am a second generation permanent makeup artist as I was trained by my mother. There are many things I love about thhis field. First my personal connection to beauty, I would say that seeing the transformation not only in her face but as a person is very nice to experience. Beautiful eyebrows and makeup give a woman a certain confidence about herself and makes her morning routine much faster. Consultations are always complimentary, so please call for a appointment if you have any questions or would like more information.
